Ernesto J. Rodriguez
Ernesto J. Rodriguez, an associate at Indiano & Williams P.S.C., was born and raised in San Juan Puerto Rico. After graduating from Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola, he attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan where he graduated in 1997 with a Bachelors of Art degree in Political Science.
Ernesto attended law school at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. During the summers of his law school years, Ernesto worked for his father, Ernesto F. Rodríguez Surís, a solo practitioner whose practice focuses on defending insurance companies in all types of civil litigation (1998 and 1999) and for Látimer, Biaggi, Rachid & Godreau, LLP. (2000). After graduating from PUCPR in 2001 and earning his Juris Doctor degree, Ernesto went to work once again for his father and for Ex-Secretary of Justice and Ex-Insurance Commisioner of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Carlos R. Ríos Gautier.
In September 2002 Ernesto joined the law firm of Indiano & Williams, P.S.C. His versatility has been a welcome asset to the firm as he has practiced in the local courts, district court, and bankruptcy court. As a result, he has amassed experience across various fields in a relatively short amount of time.
Ernesto is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico and the District Court of Puerto Rico. He is a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity and the Federal Bar Association.
